We believe that every young person deserves access to the relationships, resources, experiences, and opportunities that can help them discover their potential and envision a future filled with possibilities.

A young person's future can be influenced by more than what happens inside a classroom.

Access to mentors, career exposure, educational enrichment, creative experiences, positive community relationships, and opportunities to explore different paths can help young people better understand what is possible for their lives.

Yet access to these opportunities is not always equal.

Nawlage Is Power Inc. works to help bridge those gaps by connecting youth with people, resources, experiences, and opportunities that can expand their perspective and strengthen their path forward.

Pathways & Possibilities is an emerging youth development initiative designed to connect students with career exploration, mentorship, community professionals, educational opportunities, real-world experiences, and resources that can broaden their understanding of their future.

Through collaboration with schools and community partners, we seek to learn what students are interested in, identify opportunities to connect those interests with real-world experiences, and introduce young people to people and pathways they may not otherwise encounter.
